By participating in the Campaign and with every registration of interest of Apple iPhone 8 & iPhone 8 Plus at Senheng.com.my, customer will be signing up for promotion update about Apple iPhone 8 & iPhone 8 Plus and also entitled to make reservation with RM8 for one (1) unit 5,000 mAH Battery Bank and (1) unit Ring Hook on top of the Apple iPhone 8 or iPhone 8 Plus device. The reservation in this Campaign is limited to first come first serve basis and while stocks last.
The Campaign will run from 13th October 2017, 00:00:00 to 14th October 2017, 23:59:59. Senheng reserves the right to shorten, extend or cancel the Campaign Period without prior notice.
The Campaign is open to all Malaysian Citizens of 18 years old and above (as at January 2017 with Malaysia Identity Card; except Senheng’s employees (and their immediate families), its related agencies, retailers and dealers.
One Customer is only entitled to make one (1) reservation only.
Customer acknowledges, understands and agrees that all transactions are between Customer and iPay88.
Customer is not allowed to cancel the reservation, change the selected device color or model and the selected store once Customer has successfully completed and confirmed the transaction via iPay88.
Deposit of RM8 is not refundable and not transferrable.
Customer shall pay the balance amount for the reservation as stipulated in your order confirmation directly to the selected store upon collection.
Delivery & Collection
The collection period of the Apple iPhone 8 & iPhone 8 Plus will be from 20th October 2017 onwards and you will receive a collection notification via your reserved email on 17th October 2017 to confirm the order actual collection date.
In the event Customer failed to collect the reserved order within 7 days period from the order collection date, the deposit amount will be forfeited.
Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change or revise or any part thereof or any part of the applicable terms and conditions from time to time, with or without any prior notice.
(P1 - EXTRA 1 YEAR WARRANTY) How can I enjoy extra 1 year warranty?
New Member = You need to sign up for our P1 membership (here) and pay a membership fee of RM12. Upon successful sign up, login to your account and start to make the purchase in order to ensure that your entitles for the Extra 1 Year Warranty.
Existing Member = You need to ensure that you login to your account and start to make the purchase in order to ensure that your order entitles for the Extra 1 Year Warranty.
If I have opted to purchase the reservation with store pick-up and I am interested to sign up a P1 membership during collection of my reservation. Will I be able to enjoy Extra 1 Year warranty?
We are happy to assist however we can’t process this request as this will result with forfeiting your reservation.
After purchasing the reservation and receiving my device, how do I activate the warranty?
The warranty of the device will start after the order has been invoiced and as of when the device has been activated.
(AEON EASY PAYMENT) Can I pay the balance amount of my reservation via AEON Easy Payment?
Yes. All you need to do is to visit the selected pick-up store for Easy Payment application. Kindly note that “Apple iPhone 8 & iPhone 8 Plus” (Reservation) is only valid for 7 days from collection date and your order will be cancelled if exceed beyond 7 days.
(0% INTEREST INSTALMENT) Can I pay the balance amount of my order via Instalment?
Yes. All you need to do is to visit the selected pick-up store for up to 24 months 0% Interest Instalment payment via all major banks.
(TRADE IN) Can I trade-in my used mobile device to offset the total payment?
Yes, during order collection from the pick-up store, you just need to surrender your used mobile device to off-set the balance payment. Trade-in (LINK). T&Cs apply.
(ACCESSORIES) During store pick-up, can I purchase Apple iPhone 8 or iPhone 8+ related accessories?
Yes you can, all you need to do is to speak to our in-store sales personnel to process the order for you.
(VCARE) What is VCARE?
VCare is an optional extended warranty provided by Senheng for our P1 members. The extended warranty cover an additional 2 years on top of all warranties. However, P1 members are required to purchase VCare in order to extend the warranty during purchase.
(VCARE) During store pick-up, can I purchase V-Care for my reserved Apple iPhone 8 or iPhone 8 Plus?
Yes you can, however during your order purchase, you need to ensure that you login to your P1 account to make the order purchase. Any P1 sign-up during store pick-up, benefits will not be extended to the order. Same applies on VCare purchase.
