Spend at any senQ outlets/ online store and Earn Entries
Spend a minimum accumulative of RM3,000 from any senQ outlets and website with Public Bank Visa Credit Card during the contest period*
For every RM100 spend in a single receipt will be entitled to 1x Entry (Example: RM100 = 1x Entry, RM1,000 = 10x Entries)

- This contest is open for all PlusOne Members above 18 years old.
- Contest period: From 1 June 2023 till 31 Aug 2023.
- Valid at all Senheng/ senQ outlets nationwide.
- This contest is open to all Public Bank Visa Credit Cardmembers issued in Malaysia, except the employees of the Public Bank Group, Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd and their immediate families, their business partners and suppliers.
- Offer is applicable to Senheng/senQ outlets nationwide and all products listed via Senheng/senQ website from 1 June 2023 (12.00am) till 31 August 2023 (11.59pm), Malaysia Time.
- The Contest is open to all Public Bank (PB) Visa Credit Cardmembers and Public Islamic Bank (PIB) Visa Credit Cardmembers who have successfully registered for the Contest via Short Message Service (SMS) (“PB Cardmember”).
- To participate in this Contest, PB Cardmember is required to register his/her participation via ONE (1) time Short Message Service (SMS) during the Contest Period and send to 66300 in the following manner:
- Key in “PBM1016-digit Principal PB Visa Credit Card Number” and send to 66300 (Example: PBM10 4935310012341234 to 66300)
- Any SMS registration with a Supplementary Credit Card number shall not be accepted and shall be void.
- PB Cardmember is responsible to ensure that the SMS details are complete, accurate and sent during the Contest Period. Proof of SMS sent does not constitute a confirmation of receipt by the Bank.
- PB Cardmember who successfully registers during the Contest Period will receive a SMS confirmation from the Bank and will have his/her Qualified Transactions tracked throughout the Contest Period.
- A standard normal Telecommunication Operator charges apply for each SMS registration and shall be fully borne by the PB Cardmember.
- In the event the SMS is incomplete/invalid, an outgoing SMS will be sent to the PB Cardmember, at no cost, to inform him/her to re-register via SMS.
- The Bank will not be held responsible and reserves the absolute discretion to disqualify any registration due to duplicate entries, incomplete/inaccurate SMS, late entries, error message, unsuccessful registration due to network failure and/or interruption experienced by a Telecommunication Operator or for any reason whatsoever as the Bank may in its absolute discretion deem fit.
- If the date and time of a successful SMS registration or transaction date and time captured in the Bank’s system differs or a dispute arises as to when the registration took place, the Bank’s system date and time shall prevail.
- PB Cardmember with multiple credit cards is required to register only one Principal Credit Card number and thereafter, the amounts charged on all other credit cards and the supplementary card(s) shall be automatically tracked for the purpose of tabulation of the Qualified Transactions.
- For every RM100 spend in a single receipt at any Senheng/senQ outlets and online stores will be entitled to 1x Entry (Example: RM100 = 1x Entry, RM1000 = 10x Entries).
- PB Cardmember must spend a minimum cumulative of RM3,000 on Qualified Transactions during the Contest Period in order to stand a chance for winning the prize.
- In the event that there is a reversal of entry made on any one of the Qualified Transaction, the entries earned on the reversed transaction will be disqualified.
- The winners will be selected based on the highest number of entries accumulated during the Contest Period.
- In the event of a tie in the number of entries between multiple PB Cardmembers, the total spending and the earliest transactions date and time will be considered in determining the winner.
- There will be a total of five (03) winners who will win a Panasonic Android UHD TV-65 inch model PSN-TH65LX800K.
- There will be a total of five (05) winners who will win a Panasonic Stick Vacuum model PSN-MCSB85KH047.
- There will be a total of five (06) winners who will win a Panasonic 20L Cubie Oven model PSN-NUSC180.
- The PB Cardmember can receive a maximum of one (1) unit of the prize throughout the Promotion Period.
- The Bank reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add on to these Terms and Conditions from time to time with at least twenty-one (21) calendar days prior notice which notice of such change, amendment, deletion or addition shall be published on the Bank’s website www.pbebank.com.
- By participating in this Contest, the PB Cardmember: -
- shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions stated herein. The decision of the Bank shall be final, binding and conclusive. No correspondence, disputes and appeals will be entertained;
- agrees and consents that information regarding him/her can be processed, collected, used and stored by the Bank for the purpose of this Contest;
- agrees that the decision of the Bank will be final, binding and conclusive and that no appeal, correspondence, queries or protests will be entertained.
- The Bank reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Bank of the Contest shall not entitle the PB Cardmember to any claim or compensation against the Bank for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by the PB Cardmember as a direct and indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
- The Bank shall not be liable, whether direct or consequential, for any loss and damage or whatsoever suffered by the PB Cardmember caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from his/her participation in the Contest as a result of any act or omission on the part of the Bank.
- The Terms and Conditions herein are in addition to and without prejudice to the Terms and Conditions stated in the Cardmember Agreement applicable to the Participant’s Card Account. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the said Agreement, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in so far as they apply to the “Senheng/senQ Shop and Win Big with PB Visa Credit Card”.
