A confirmation email of receipt will be sent within 5 working days upon submission.
Once the claim is approved, confirmation details and shipping label will be sent to request for the return of the eligible device.
Buyers must return the device to the address provided in the email within 15 days from date of email. Customer is responsible to ensure the device is suitably packaged to prevent any damage during transport. If the device is dented or scratched, the claim will be rejected.
- If Type Cover is purchased together with the Surface Pro on the same receipt – it can be returned with the device and will be fully refunded. It must be in its original packaging and with all documentations included.
Once the claim is approved, customer will receive a confirmation by email that their claim has been validated and payment shall be made within 30 days.
