  1. What is senQ SWAP Phone Plan?
    • senQ SWAP PHONE Plan provides replacement for your smartphone with selling price RM1599 and below which purchased from senQ that’s against damage covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (Mechanical or Electrical Defects only)
  2. Who is eligible to enrol senQ SWAP Phone Plan?
    • All PlusOne members who purchased new smartphone with selling price RM1599 and below from senQ for personal use are eligible to enrol senQ SWAP Phone Plan.
  3. How can I enrol senQ SWAP Phone Plan?
    • senQ SWAP Phone Plan can be enrol at any senQ outlets upon purchasing your smartphone.
  4. How much is the maximum coverage for senQ SWAP Phone Plan?
    • senQ SWAP Phone Plan with maximum coverage up to the amount but not exceeding the purchase price of the smartphone.
  5. senQ SWAP Phone Plan provides how many years of cover periods?
    • senQ SWAP Phone Plan provides one (1) year coverage, the period of coverage will commence with the sales order invoice date.
  6. Can I enrol senQ SWAP Phone Plan after the purchase order is invoiced?
    • No, you are unable to enrol senQ SWAP Phone Plan after the purchase order is invoiced.
  7. How many times I can get to replace a new smartphone via senQ SWAP Phone Plan?
    • senQ SWAP Phone Plan is valid for one (1) time claim only, subject to approval. The service contract will be terminate after the replacement is made.
  8. Is there any fees imposed when replacement is made?
    • Once your replacement claim is approved, SWAP Fees will be charged upon replacing a NEW smartphone under senQ SWAP Phone Plan.
    • SWAP Fees amount is based on the NEW replaced smartphone selling price, shown at table below:
      NEW Replaced Smartphone Selling Price RM0 - RM500 RM501 - RM1000 RM1001 - RM1500 Above RM1500
      SWAP Fees RM50 RM100 RM150 RM200
  9. How do I file claim for senQ SWAP Phone Plan?
    • You may send in your defective smartphone to any senQ outlets that is convenient for you to lodge a claim request.
  10. How many days for the claim process take?
    • The claim process will be completed within 5 working days. senQ will contact you once the claim is approved. However, it will take another 2 days to further diagnose if the defective smartphone is suspected with liquid damage.
  11. Do I have to provide any supporting document while filing the senQ SWAP Phone Plan claim request?
    • You are required to present the senQ SWAP Phone Plan E-Certificate at your SH App upon filing claim for senQ SWAP Phone Plan.
  12. Can I transfer senQ SWAP Phone Plan to another smartphone?
    • No, senQ SWAP Phone Plan is non-transferable under whatsoevers circumstances.
  13. Can I request to cancel and terminate my senQ SWAP Phone Plan?
    • Yes you may cancel and terminate your senQ SWAP PHONE, but with no refund and you will not able to re-enrol senQ SWAP Phone Plan with the same smartphone again.
