How do I redeem up to RM100* TNG eWallet Credit?
Purchase an eligible Daikin Inverter Wireless Wall Mounted Series Air Conditioner from senQ during the campaign period.
After your purchase, register your details and submit your redemption through the Daikin Malaysia Campaign Microsite. Please ensure all personal information provided is complete and accurate, especially your mobile phone number, which must be registered with your TNG eWallet account.
How much TNG eWallet Credit can I receive?
You can receive up to RM100 TNG eWallet Credit per approved unit*, depending on the eligible Daikin air conditioner model purchased.
Please refer to the eligible model list and reward amount stated on this campaign page.
When will I receive my TNG eWallet Credit?
All redemption submissions are subject to verification and approval by Daikin Malaysia.
Once your redemption is approved, the TNG eWallet Credit will be credited directly to the mobile number registered with your TNG eWallet account within 14 working days.
Why was my redemption rejected?
A redemption may be rejected if the submitted information is incomplete, incorrect, duplicated, or requires further verification.
Customers may be requested to provide supporting documents such as the senQ proof of purchase or invoice and warranty card to verify the purchase.

Terms and Conditions for the Campaign
1. Campaign Organizer & Eligibility
The “Pilihan Tepat, Ganjaran Hebat” Campaign is organized by Daikin Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn Bhd (“Daikin Malaysia”) in partnership with Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd (“senQ”).
The campaign is open to all end-user retail customers aged 18 years and above, residing in Malaysia, who purchase eligible products from:
- senQ physical outlets
- senQ Official Website
- senQ App
Employees, dealers, sub-contractors, and immediate family members of Daikin Malaysia or senQ are not eligible to participate.
Project sales, commercial contracts, and bulk corporate orders are strictly excluded.
2. Campaign Period & Redemption Deadline
Purchase Period:
1 July 2026 – 31 August 2026
Redemption Submission Deadline:
14 September 2026, 11:59 PM
Submissions made after 31 August 2026 and up to 14 September 2026 are strictly subject to Daikin Malaysia’s sole discretion for approval.

Eligible customers may receive up to RM100 TNG eWallet Credit per approved unit, depending on the eligible model purchased.
4. Redemption Process & Proof of Purchase
Customers must submit their redemptions via the official Daikin Malaysia Campaign Redemption Microsite.
Submission requires a clear photo or scan of the official printed senQ Receipt/Invoice.
Handwritten receipts, delivery orders, or cash bills are strictly rejected.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct mobile number linked to their personal TNG eWallet.
Neither Daikin Malaysia nor senQ accepts responsibility for lost credits due to incorrect or invalid mobile numbers provided by customers.
5. Verification & Rejection Rights
Daikin Malaysia reserves the right to reject submissions if:
- Details provided are incomplete
- Information provided is fraudulent
- The redemption is duplicated
- The submission is linked to unauthorized installer/dealer mobile numbers or addresses
Daikin Malaysia reserves the right to adjust or recover credited rewards sent in error due to technical or administrative faults.
6. Personal Data Protection (PDPA)
By participating in this campaign, customers consent to Daikin Malaysia and senQ collecting, storing, and using their personal data for:
- Processing campaign rewards
- Customer service updates
- Internal analytics
- Promotional and marketing materials across media channels
Such use may be carried out without further notification or compensation, subject to applicable personal data protection requirements.
7. General Terms
Participation in this campaign indicates full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Daikin Malaysia and senQ reserve the right to alter, suspend, or cancel the campaign, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
In the event of any conflict between marketing collateral and these official Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
