What is senQ Trade-In?
How many devices can I trade in?
How do I find out the trade-in value of my device?
Customer can bring the device(s) to any senQ Outlets to confirm the eligibility of the device(s) for trade-in. If eligible, the device(s) trade-in value will be quoted according to the trade-in evaluation App. Please see the above list to check the estimated trade-in value.
Can I trade in my device if it's damaged?
The values provided in the list are indicative, and subject to the condition of the trade-in device, the model and brand of the trade-in device, and the purchased device model. Values will differ if there is any physical or functional damage identified, or when market value of the devices fluctuate. The accurate value of the trade-in device will be determined after assessment using our trade-in partner’s evaluation App during in-store/trade-in device collection.
Can I trade in my phone to buy a new TV?
TV trade-ins are only valid when you’re buying a new TV. Phone, Tablets, Smartwatches, Accessories and MacBook/iMacs trade-ins are great — just not for TVs. Each trade-in goes toward the same type of category.
