Applicants for PlusOne® Loyalty Programme must be age 18 and above.
The use of PlusOne® Loyalty Programme is only applicable at all Senheng® and senQ Digital Station outlets nationwide.
The PlusOne® Card/Badge/NRIC must be presented to the cashier before making any payment and/or redemption.
Applicant will need to submit their personal information as may be prescribed (e.g. name, NRIC, age, contact number, email, correspondence address, ethic) to register for PlusOne® membership and S-Coin Account at any nationwide Senheng outlets or senQ Digital Stations and to keep Senheng informed of any changes.
The PlusOne® Card is a member identification card not limiting to digital badges that assigned to the members. It is not a charge, credit or debit card.
The PlusOne® Loyalty Programme validity period is for 12 months from the first registration date or last renewal date. Upon expiry of the validity period, the PlusOne® Membership must be renewed at the annual membership fee based on acquired membership status in order to enjoy PlusOne benefits such as extra warranty, special member price, replacement or repairing service, vouchers, rewards point, EZ credit, S-Coin and other promotional program.
All applicants for PlusOne® Loyalty Programme will be automatically entitled for S-Coin except for PlusOne Corporate membership. Each NRIC is allowed to register for one S-Coin Account only.
With effect from 19 October 2015, each EZ Credit Reward point is equivalent to one cent (RM0.01). The rate is subject to change as may be announced by Senheng.
EZ Credit Reward point(s) will be recorded in each PlusOne account. When an account holder wishes to redeem her EZ Credit Reward point(s), such EZ Credit Reward point(s) will be deducted from the point(s) balance recorded in that account holder's EZCredit Reward Account, with the oldest EZ Credit Reward point(s) being deducted first.
Any EZ Credit Reward point, which is not used by an account holder within 24 months from the date of its issue will automatically expire and be deducted from EZ Credit Reward point(s) balance in the account holder's EZ Credit Reward Account. In the event of any discrepancies, the records of Senheng as to the balance EZ Credit Reward point(s) will be final and binding.
The number of and manner in which EZ Credit Reward points may be earned shall be determined by Senheng from time to time at its absolute discretion.
Any and all taxes on EZ Credit Reward points, e-vouchers or services in connection with the Senheng EZ Credit Rewards Programme will be the responsibility of the account holder.
EZ Credit Reward points are not convertible into cash.
The EZ Credit points can be used as optional payment mode and shall only be used to redeem electrical products from nationwide Senheng outlets and senQ Digital Stations. Particularly, EZ Credit points cannot be used to pay bills reloads prepaid plans, purchase gift cards and/or pay for purchases made online.
The account holder(s) must accumulate a minimum of 2,500 (RM25) EZ Credit Reward points to be eligible to redeem and/or make payment with a maximum redemption of 50,000 (RM500) EZ Credit Reward points per-redemption/transaction. All redemption(s) of points are requiring the members to be present and present IC for verification. Each payment and/or redemption of EZ Credit in the denomination of minimum 2,500 (RM25) and/or maximum of multiple RM25 x 20 for each transaction.
With effect from 1st June 2021, the issuance of EZ Credit points to eligible PlusOne member will cease immediately and replace it to S-Coin.
If an account holder is found to be or permitting the abusing and/or breaching of the terms and conditions herein, Senheng reserves the absolute right and discretion to suspend the account and/or remove or suspend any points without prior notice.
Account holder(s) can choose to leave the Programme at any time. By leaving the Programme, account holder(s) waive the right to any EZ Credit Reward point(s) or e-voucher(s) already accrued or issued.
All decisions by Senheng are final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence or claims shall be entertained.
The PlusOne® Loyalty Programme members points awarded may not be assigned or transferred and shall be used exclusively by valid Cardholders. Any points, which are not been redeemed within 3 years after the end of the calendar year in which the Points were recorded, will automatically expire and be deducted from the Points balance in a Member's account, except PlusOne® Lady Card Members.
Membership Points, rewards and all related benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Senheng®. Senheng® reserves the right to add, delete, alter or amend any of these Terms and Conditions at any time with or without notice and it shall be effective for adopt. Retention or continuous use of PlusOne® Loyalty Program after the effective date of any change of terms and conditions shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of such changes without reservation by the Cardholder.
Any advice or actions of our staff that is contrary to these terms and conditions will not have the effect of changing these terms and conditions.
When you join our membership programme, you will or have provided us with your personal data. Such personal data may include our name, identity card number, contact details, date birth, gender, marital status, nationality, preferred language, occupation and monthly income and financial information.
Your personal data will also be disclosed to individuals, service providers and organisations associated with us and any other selected parties (within or outside Malaysia) for the aforesaid purposes. We will also disclose your personal data to any other party to whom such disclosure is required by law or regulatory requirement or pursuant to a Court order. If we are merged or acquired by another entity, the personal data may be transferred to such entity as a part of the merger or acquisition.
Senheng® reserves the right to decline the issuance of or withdraw the PlusOne® Loyalty Program at any time or terminate membership as and when necessary without prior notice.
These Terms and Conditions are translated into Bahasa Melayu and English language. In the event of inconsistency, the English version shall prevail.
