1. The Samsung Reservation+ Promotion (RM50 Pay, get RM250 SR+ Voucher) will run from 8th July 2026, 7.00am to 24th July 2025, 11.59pm or first-come, first served basis.
2. The Samsung Reservation+ voucher redemption period is 22 July 2026, 9:00pm to 13 August 2026, 11.59pm
3. Customer who purchased the SR+ voucher from the Participating Stores by paying RM50 during the Promotion Period will receive a voucher code worth RM250 (“SR+ Voucher Code”).
4. The SR+ Voucher Code is only valid for the pre-order of the Next Galaxy foldable device(s)* unveiled during the Galaxy Unpacked in July 2026 [excluding smartwatch(es)] during the Redemption Period.
5. Redemption is limited to one (1) SR+ Voucher Code per device per transaction.
6. The SR+ Voucher Code will be forfeited if not redeemed during the Redemption Period. SR+ Voucher Code is not exchangeable for cash, not transferable and not refundable. Unless otherwise stated, SR+ Voucher Code cannot be used (not stackable) in conjunction with other promotional offers.
7. Senheng Website purchaser can only redeem the voucher in Senheng Website.
8. Samsung/Senheng reserves the right to suspend, vary, amend, terminate or cancel the Promotion anytime without any prior notice.

What happens if I don't use the Samsung Reservation+ voucher sent to me?
If you don't use the Samsung Reservation+ voucher worth RM250 provided during the redemption period from 22 July 2026, 09:00PM to 13 August 2026, 11:59:59PM towards ordering the next Galaxy Foldable, After 13 August 2026, 11:59:59PM, the Samsung Reservation+ voucher will expire and the RM50 will be non-refundable.
Can I change my mind after purchasing the Samsung Reservation+ Voucher?
The RM50 order for an Samsung Reservation+ voucher is non-refundable, ie. there is no change of mind policy for this purchase.
When will I receive my voucher?
In most cases the Samsung Reservation+ voucher will be received before 22nd July after purchasing the Samsung Reservation+ voucher, though delays may occur.
How do I use my Samsung Reservation Voucher?
Once you receive your Samsung Reservation+ voucher via email, Voucher will auto appear at checkout page if you have login to the same email that you purchase the voucher, if not you may copy it exactly as it is provided including capitalisation and dashes then paste this into the 'promo code' field in the cart page during checkout to receive the discount off of the cart total.
