S-Coin Terms & Conditions:

Definitions:

The following terms shall have the respective meanings, unless otherwise stated:

“Senheng” refers to SENHENG ELECTRIC (KL) SDN. BHD.

“Senheng Outlets” refers to all Senheng and senQ physical outlets nationwide.

“S-Coin” refers to loyalty rewards issued by Senheng to eligible PlusOne® members pursuant to Clause 2.1 of the Terms and Conditions.                                                                            

 

  1. Eligibility & Participation

1.1 All applicants for PlusOne® Loyalty Programme will be automatically entitled to earn S-Coin, except for holders of PlusOne® Corporate membership. Each NRIC and Passport is only allowed to register for one S-Coin Account.

1.2 All S-Coin accumulated by each account holder will be recorded in the account holder’s S-Coin Account. Upon any redemption, the corresponding amount of S-Coin shall be deducted from the latest recorded balance in the S-Coin Account, with the redemption to be affected on a first-earned, first-redeemed basis.

1.3 If an account holder is found to be abused, permitting the abuse, and/or breach of the Terms & Conditions herein, Senheng reserves the absolute right and discretion to suspend the account and/or remove or suspend all S-Coin accumulated without prior notice.

1.4 Account holder(s) may at any time elect to withdraw from the PlusOne® Loyalty Programme and terminate his/her PlusOne® account by submitting the prescribed Cancellation Form. Upon termination of the PlusOne® account, the account holder shall be deemed to have irrevocably waived and forfeited any and all S-Coin that have been accrued or issued as at the date of termination.

 

  1. Issuance (Earning) of S-Coin

2.1 S-Coin can be earned through the following manner: -

a) Purchase of selected product(s) at Senheng outlets, websites and Senheng App; or

b) Engagement activities organized by Senheng from time to time.

2.2 The issuance of S-Coin will be credited to the respective account within forty-eight (48) hours unless it stated otherwise by the S-Coin issuance campaign terms & conditions.

2.3 S-Coin cashback through purchase will be credited to the respective account after full payment has been received and the transaction, including delivery, has been completed.

2.4 Starting 1st January 2026, each S-Coin account can earn up to 5,000,000 S-Coin or RM50,000 worth S-Coin per month from all Senheng transactions and campaigns. This limit already includes the 5% System Maintenance & Security Cost (SMSC), which will be automatically deducted when the S-Coin is issued. The amount of S-Coin you receive after this deduction will be the final amount credited to your account.

2.5 Effective 1st January 2026, all newly issued S-Coin will be subject to a five percent (5%) System Maintenance & Security Cost (SMSC). This fee applies to all S-Coin issuance, regardless of whether the issuance arises from sales transactions or non-sales activities

3. Redemption of S-Coin

​3.1 Only PlusOne® members (Classic/e-Classic/Lazada/Prime) are eligible to perform S-Coin redemption at any available platform.

3.2 PlusOne® Basic members are required to convert their membership to Classic / Prime to redeem S-Coin.

3.3 For S-Coin redemption at showroom, account holders are REQUIRED to be present, present their NRIC for verification and to scan the S-Coin barcode in Senheng App.

3.4 Effective 1st January 2026, redemption of S-Coin is capped at 5,000,000 S-Coin or RM50,000 S-Coin per S-Coin account per month across all transactions and campaigns by Senheng。

3.5 PlusOne members can redeem S-Coin in Senheng App at S-Coin Rewards Centre (SCRC) daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

3.6 The following products and services that are NOT REDEEMABLE by S-Coin except stated by Senheng under special campaign.

3.6.1 Warranties: Replacement warranty, screen crack warranty, extended warranty

3.6.2 Services: Utility bills, reload prepaid plans, transport delivery fees, service installation fees, cleaning service fees,

3.6.3 Vouchers: all types of vouchers.

3.6.4 Purchases: Purchases made at any Senheng & senQ marketplace (Lazada and Shopee， TikTok), and social commerce.

3.6.5 Brand: Apple, Xiaomi, Google and Dyson.

3.6.6 S-Coin Cashback: Any products with S-Coin cashback 50% or more are excluded from the S-Coin RedeemPLUS+ Redemption Campaign.

3.6.7 Others: Any items that Senheng may at its discretion decide cannot be used as a form of payment.

4. Expiration of S-Coin

4.1 Effective 1st December 2025, the following arrangement shall apply:

i. S-Coin Issued On or Before 31st December 2025

All S-Coin issued (whether through sales or non-sales activities) shall expire on the earlier of:

a) Twenty-four (24) months from its date of issuance; or

b) 31 December 2027.

ii. S-Coin Issued From 1 January 2026 Onwards

a) All S-Coin issued shall expire twelve (12) months from its date of issuance, unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of a campaign.

b) Account holder(s) may log in to his/her Senheng App to view the S-Coin balance and the applicable issuance dates for clarity.

4.2 Any S-Coin not redeemed by the account holder within the validity period specified in Clause 4.1 above shall automatically expire and be deducted from the S-Coin Account.

4.3 No extension or reinstatement will be granted for any expired S-Coin for any reason whatsoever.

4.4 In the event of any discrepancies, the records from Senheng as to the account holder’s S-Coin balance shall be final and binding. PlusOne® Members are encouraged to regularly monitor their S-Coin balance and redeem prior to expiry.

 

5. General Provisions

5.1 Every one hundred (100) S-Coin is equivalent to One Ringgit Malaysia (RM1.00). The rate may be subjected to change, prior to change which will be announced 3 days in advance by Senheng.

5.2 All applicable taxes on S-Coin, e-vouchers or services in connection with the S-Coin Programme will be the responsibility of the account holder.

5.3 All S-Coin are strictly NOT convertible to cash is not transferable.

5.4 The manner and number of ways in which the S-Coin may be issued and redeemed shall be determined by Senheng from time to time at its absolute discretion.

 

 

 

Redemption Campaign: My Rewards, My Choice / Fast Track

  1. My Rewards, My Choice is a S-Coin redemption mechanics available at all Senheng physical outlets and Senheng Rewards merchants in Senheng App.
  2. The items set out in this redemption catalogue are subject to availability and on a first come first served basis.
  3. If cancellation of redemption is requested, and such request does comply with Senheng’s Cancellation Policy and/or Return/Exchange Policy (*see Terms of Use), any S-Coin which have been redeemed for the transaction will be credited back/restored to the respective S-Coin account of the account holder within 14 business days from the date of cancellation/return.
  4. No S-Coin will be rewarded for any redemptions made during this campaign.
  5. All prices are inclusive of SST.
  6. Senheng shall not be liable for any errors or omissions related to this promotion or for any loss or damage arising from participation in the promotion, including but not limited to technical errors or unauthorized access to member accounts.
  7. PlusOne® Members are responsible for ensuring that their account details are accurate and up-to-date and must comply with the terms and conditions of this promotion. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this promotion may result in disqualification or forfeiture of benefits.
  8. Senheng reserves the right to amend or terminate the terms and conditions of this campaign at any time without prior notice. Any such amendments or termination will not affect any rights already accrued by the members.

Redemption Campaign: S-Coin Rewards Centre

  1. Exclusively for PlusOne® members, the S-Coin Rewards Centre (SCRC) in the Senheng App offers a curated selection of over 2,000 rewards, all fully redeemable with S-Coin. With just one click, members can explore and enjoy a wide variety of rewards conveniently delivered right to their doorstep.
  2. SCRC operates daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
  3. Upon redemption of S-Coin for a product on the SCRC, if an account holder subsequently requests cancellation within a specified period, the merchant and platform retain discretion to evaluate the feasibility of reversing the redemption.
  4. Please check and return policy of each product before redemption is made.
  5. Some merchants, particularly those dealing with specific categories, including but not limited to “vouchers”, do not allow cancellations and reversals due to the nature of their offerings.
  6. If cancellation and refund deemed feasible by the merchant, any S-Coin which have been redeemed for the transaction will be credited back/restored to the respective S-Coin account of the account holder within 14 business days from the date of notification by the merchant.
  7. In all events, both Senheng and the platform disclaims all liability and responsibility for any consequences arising from the use of SCRC, the redemption of S-Coin and/or any actions or decisions by merchants.
  8. Both Senheng and the platform reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Special Campaign: RedeemPLUS+ Terms & Conditions

  1. Account holder(s) may redeem S-Coin up to 10% of their total purchase, subject to a minimum purchase amount of Ringgit Malaysia One Thousand (RM1,000) on eligible items, as further specified in Clause 3 and 4 below.
  2. The minimum purchase of RM1,000 transaction amount is only computed for Consumer Electronic and/or Digital Gadgets. Excluding replacement warranty, screen crack warranty, bills, reload prepaid plans, transport delivery fees, service installation fees, purchase gift cards, purchases made on Senheng online stores, Senheng app or items that Senheng may at its discretion decide cannot be used as a form of payment.
  3. Brands excluded from the S-Coin RedeemPLUS+ Redemption Campaign are Apple, Google, Dyson and Xiaomi.
  4. Any products with S-Coin cashback 50% or more are excluded from the S-Coin RedeemPLUS+ Redemption Campaign. Customer may refer to the following:
  5. S-Coin redemption under the RedeemPLUS+ Special Campaign cannot be utilized with PlusOne® Member Voucher in the store.
  6. If cancellation of redemption is requested, and such request does comply with Senheng’s Cancellation Policy and/or Return/Exchange Policy (*see Terms of Use), any S-Coin which have been redeemed for the transaction will be credited back/restored to the S-Coin account of the account holder within 14 business days from the date of cancellation/return.
