ESG S-Coin program 800 Coins

  1. Applicable for all Plus One members
  2. Category for ESG Program (Fridge, Washing Machine, Air Cond, TV, Mobile Phone/ Tablet, Laptop/ Tablet PC)
  3. Any conditions are acceptable to trade in under ESG (e.g. included physical damaged, liquid damaged, lightning damaged).
  4. EGS E-waste submission using VCare Trade In App thru OWOS module.
  5. S-Coin will be credited to customer’s Plus One account within 3 working days from trade in set received by LO.
  6. Extra S-Coin from selected exclusive brand will be credited after verifying the new sales order number in VCare Trade In App.
  7. Total S-Coin will be credited to customer’s Plus One account according to the IC number key in the VCare Trade In App.
  8. Customer can enjoy E-Waste collection service for free if they purchase item from Senheng/ senQ
  9. Customer need to pay transport fee for those EGS E-waste without purchase.
  10. Customers with purchases will not be charged for disposal collection.
  11. If customer wish to dispose without any purchase, will incurred a transport charges
  12. The transport charges will base on the distance


If customer send into outlet without any purchase will RM19 for the disposal charges.

Item which require dismantle services such as Air Cond will have dismantle charges no matter with or without purchases from customer.

S-Coin will be rewarded to both P1 members with or without any purchase from Senheng/ senQ.

The rate for S-Coin reward will be different for both with and without any purchase.

If customer insist to dispose the small appliances or those categories not under our program will require to pay for disposal charges and not entitle for any S-Coin rewards.

Terms & Conditions

ESG S-Coin program 800 Coins

  1. Customers can dispose their old appliances at the time of purchasing any appliances or not purchasing any appliances by paying disposal fee.
  2. The old appliances we collect include Fridge, Washing Machine, TV, Air-Cond, Smartphones, Tablet PC & Laptop.
  3. By participating in this ESG Campaign, the consumer fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts the Terms and Conditions stated herein, Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn. Bhd. (SENHENG) Terms and Conditions.
  4. SENHENG reserves the right to alter, extend or terminate the Campaign and amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes in connection with the Campaign, the decision of SENHENG is final.
  5. SENHENG reserves the right to refuse any disposals for any reason.
  6. During the Campaign Period, SENHENG may collect consumers’ information, including personal information taken during the Campaign.
  7. The Customer must have obtained the device by legal means and is not trading in a lost or stolen device. In the circumstances that it is indicating that the device was stolen or was not obtained by legal means, SENHENG reserves the right to deliver the device and your particulars and details to the authorities.
  8. Customer shall dispose old appliances in any condition with complete sets to enjoy the S-Coin Cash Back.
  9. Senheng drivers will do only collection will not include any dismantle action (Air-Cond).
  10. All sales transactions are final. No refund or exchange is accepted.
  11. S-Coin Cash Back is not exchangeable for cash.
  12. ESG programme not allowed stacking with other Trade-In programme. Customers either select ESG or other Trade-In programme at one time.
